  • Educational & Behavioral Support:
    Intended to complement therapeutic care and promote personal growth. These services are non-clinical and do not replace medical or licensed psychological treatment.

Engaging in any non-clinical or wellness service does not create a therapist–client relationship unless explicitly defined through the formal clinical intake process.

2. Fees, Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Payment Requirements:
    All fees will be communicated in advance. Payments must be made at or before the time of service unless alternative arrangements are approved.
  • Accepted Payment Methods:
    We accept credit/debit cards, electronic transfers, and other approved methods shared during scheduling.
  • Refund Policy:
    Payments for services already rendered are non-refundable.
